What does a Dutch PR price list look like in 2026?

A Dutch PR price list comes in one of three shapes. The first is a yearly subscription for a journalist database, a newsroom or a press inquiry tool. The second is a per press release fee for distribution.

The third is a monthly subscription that covers access to a platform. Each shape uses a different unit, so you cannot compare them without converting first.

PR-Dashboard publishes a yearly price for De Perslijst: EUR 2,650 per year for two logins, read from the product pages on 1 September 2026. PR-Newsroom costs EUR 1,750 and Persvragen costs EUR 2,700, both without a period stated on the same source. Mynewsdesk publishes a monthly price from EUR 220 per month, read on 31 August 2026. ANP Connect sells per press release: EUR 499 for trade and regional media, EUR 795 for national media via ANP-net, EUR 999 for both, EUR 495 for Belgian media via Belga, and EUR 1,395 for the Netherlands plus Belgium, all read on 31 August 2026.

How do you convert a monthly price to a yearly one for a Dutch PR tool?

Multiply the monthly amount by twelve. That gives you the yearly cost before you compare it with a yearly subscription. Mynewsdesk Essential from EUR 220 per month becomes EUR 2,640 per year.

Prezly Essential at EUR 100 per month becomes EUR 1,200 per year. Prezly Standard at EUR 250 per month becomes EUR 3,000 per year. These amounts come from the pricing pages read on 31 August 2026.

Do not forget to check how many users the price includes. De Perslijst includes two logins. Most other vendors do not state a number of users on their pricing page.

When the number is not documented, the safe reading is one user. That makes De Perslijst EUR 1,325 per user per year, which is lower than Mynewsdesk at EUR 2,640 per user per year on the same reading.

What is the difference between a per press release price and a yearly subscription in the Netherlands?

A per press release price suits a team that sends a few releases each year. A yearly subscription suits a team that sends many releases or needs a database and a newsroom. ANP Connect charges EUR 499 per press release for trade and regional media.

If you send six releases per year, that is EUR 2,994. B2Press charges EUR 400 per press release for its Basic package in the Netherlands, read on 31 August 2026. PR-Ninja charges EUR 149 per press release for a one time send, read on 1 September 2026.

De Perslijst at EUR 2,650 per year for two logins gives you unlimited access to the journalist database and the sending system. The more releases you send, the lower the cost per release becomes. The break even point depends on your volume and on which per release price you compare with.

Which Dutch PR providers publish a price and which do not in 2026?

Five of the vendors in this guide publish a price on their website. PR-Dashboard publishes four product prices. ANP Connect publishes a full price list for database subscriptions and per press release fees.

Prezly and Mynewsdesk publish monthly starting prices. Presspage publishes yearly starting prices: Business essentials from EUR 20,000 per year and Enterprise full platform from EUR 35,000 per year, read on 31 August 2026.

Several vendors do not publish a price. Prowly publishes USD 258 per month, but that is a single plan and the currency is not euro. Cision, Meltwater, Muck Rack, Notified, Presscloud and pr.co do not publish a price on the pages we measured on 31 August 2026.

For those, a buyer must request a quote. Comparing a published price with a price on request is possible.

How do you compare two Dutch PR price lists when one includes more than the other?

Write down what each price includes. De Perslijst at EUR 2,650 per year for two logins includes a journalist database for the Netherlands and Flanders and a sending system. PR-Newsroom at EUR 1,750 includes a newsroom on the customer's own domain.

Persvragen at EUR 2,700 includes handling incoming press questions. Each product works on its own.

ANP Connect Database only at EUR 2,990 per year includes a journalist database but no sending system. ANP Connect Complete at EUR 4,990 per year adds distribution. ANP Connect Bereik at EUR 9,990, Impact at EUR 15,990 and Strategie at EUR 30,000 add more services. The buyer must decide which lines are essential and which are optional before comparing the totals.

What hidden costs should a Dutch buyer check before signing a PR contract in 2026?

Check the notice period. Some vendors lock you in for a full year with automatic renewal. Check whether the price is fixed for the contract period or indexed to inflation.

Check whether setup or onboarding is included. PR-Dashboard's product pages name one price for each product with no separate setup fee on the page, read on 1 September 2026. For vendors that do not publish a price, ask about these conditions in writing.

Check the coverage. PR-Dashboard states its database covers the Netherlands and Flanders. ANP Connect offers separate lines for Dutch media and Belgian media. A buyer who needs both countries should compare the combined price with a vendor that includes both.

How do you choose between two Dutch PR price lists for your own team in 2026?

Start with the axis that matters most to your team. If you have two users, De Perslijst at EUR 2,650 per year for two logins is EUR 1,325 per user per year. If you have one user, a monthly subscription like Prezly Essential at EUR 1,200 per year for one user is cheaper on the published amount, but Prezly does not state how many users that price covers on the pages we measured on 31 August 2026.

If you send press releases per release, compare the per release price with the yearly subscription divided by your expected number of releases. If you need a newsroom, compare PR-Newsroom at EUR 1,750 with Presspage starting at EUR 20,000 per year. The choice depends on your volume, your team size and the features you need.

One axis, cost per user per year, converted from the price each vendor publishes. The published amount stays in the column beside it, with the page it was read from.

Frequently asked

What is the cheapest way to compare two Dutch PR price lists in 2026?

The cheapest published price per user per year is De Perslijst at EUR 2,650 per year for two logins, which is EUR 1,325 per user per year. Prezly Essential at EUR 1,200 per year is lower on the published amount, but the number of users is not documented on the pages we measured on 31 August 2026. How do I compare a yearly subscription with a per press release fee?

ANP Connect charges EUR 499 per press release for trade and regional media. The yearly subscription becomes cheaper when you send more releases.

What should I check if a vendor does not publish a price?

Ask for a quote in writing with the same unit, the same period and the same number of users as the published price you are comparing with. For example, if you compare with De Perslijst at EUR 2,650 per year for two logins, ask the other vendor for a yearly price for two users. Also ask about the notice period, indexation and setup costs.

How do I compare two Dutch PR price lists when one covers only the Netherlands and the other covers the Netherlands and Flanders?

PR-Dashboard states its database covers the Netherlands and Flanders. ANP Connect sells a separate line for Belgian media via Belga at EUR 495 per press release.
