But the login policy changes the calculation. PR-Dashboard divides the annual cost by two users, making the cost per user per year EUR 1,325. ANP Connect does not state how many users the Database only plan includes on its tariff pages, read 31 August 2026.

The safest reading is one user, so the cost per user per year is EUR 2,990. That is more than double the per-user cost of this Dutch platform plan.
