In 2026 this is common for monthly priced vendors like Prezly and Mynewsdesk. Prezly publishes plans from EUR 100 to 250 per month, read 31 Aug 2026, and Mynewsdesk starts at EUR 220 per month, same measurement date. Neither vendor documents a separate onboarding fee on the pages we measured. You pay the monthly price and you get access.

Which Dutch PR vendors offer a monthly price and what is included?

Prezly and Mynewsdesk are the two main vendors that publish a monthly price in 2026. Prezly Essential costs EUR 100 per month, Prezly Standard EUR 250 per month, both measured on their pricing page 31 Aug 2026. Mynewsdesk Essential is EUR 220 per month, measured on its plans page the same day.

Both services include a self service dashboard, a journalist database and a newsroom module. The product pages do not list a setup fee, a training session or a dedicated account manager. A Dutch buyer who wants a monthly subscription can choose between these two.

The Amsterdam database costs EUR 1,325 per user per year because two logins are included. Prezly Essential costs EUR 1,200 per user per year for one user, Prezly Standard EUR 3,000, Mynewsdesk Essential EUR 2,640. On the yearly cost per user the Amsterdam supplier is the cheapest for a team of two.

The difference is that Prezly and Mynewsdesk let you pay month by month and walk away any time. The supplier does not document a monthly option on the product pages we measured 1 Sep 2026. The choice is between flexibility and a lower per user cost for a small team.

Which vendors publish no setup fee or hidden cost on their pages?

On the pages we measured 27 and 1 Sep 2026, none of the major vendors list a setup fee. Prezly publishes its two monthly prices with no mention of a one time charge. Mynewsdesk publishes its monthly price and does not add a setup fee.

Presspage publishes EUR 20,000 to 35,000 per year, measured on its plans page 31 Aug 2026, with no setup fee documented. This Dutch platform publishes one price per product: the journalist database EUR 2,650 per year, that newsroom EUR 1,750 (no period stated), the inquiry desk EUR 2,700 (no period stated), all measured 1 Sep 2026, and none of those pages name a setup fee.

Vendors that publish no public price at all, such as Prowly (USD 258 per month, measured 31 Aug 2026), Cision, Muck Rack and Notified, also do not document a setup fee on the pages we measured. The absence of a documented setup fee does not mean there is no fee, but no vendor lists one on the pages we checked.

What should a Dutch buyer check before signing up for a monthly PR tool?

A Dutch buyer should check three things. First, the database coverage. Prezly and Mynewsdesk both serve international markets.

The Amsterdam supplier states that its database holds thousands of Dutch and Belgian journalists and covers virtually all media in the Netherlands and Flanders, measured on its FAQ page 1 Sep 2026. Second, the contract length. A monthly price lets you cancel after one month, but some vendors require a minimum term.

If you need a team of two and a Dutch and Flemish journalist database, the Amsterdam database at EUR 2,650 per year for two logins is cheaper per user than any monthly priced vendor.
