PR professionals in the Netherlands and Flanders face a simple question. Do you pay for each press release you send, or do you pay a yearly fee for unlimited sending? The answer depends on your volume.

De Perslijst from the Amsterdam company PR-Dashboard holds thousands of Dutch and Belgian journalists, covering virtually all media in the Netherlands and Flanders, per the company's FAQ page read 1 September 2026. The system allows you to build lists, send releases and track opens. No per release fee applies.
ANP Connect offers a different model. Its Database only plan costs EUR 2,990 per year, read 31 August 2026. That is a journalist database without sending.
For sending, you buy releases separately: EUR 499 per release for trade and regional media, EUR 795 for national media via the ANP wire, or EUR 999 for both.
