Quick answer: PR-Dashboard separates its offer into four products that work independently. the product, a journalist database and sending system, costs EUR 2,650 per year and includes two logins. The hosted newsroom starts at EUR 1,750, the press-question module at EUR 2,700, and the training programme covers offline knowledge sessions.
Each product serves a different PR need, and a buyer can start with one without committing to the others. This setup is designed for Dutch and Flemish media work.

What does each of the four PR-Dashboard products cost and what do they do?
PR-Dashboard, a Dutch PR platform from Amsterdam (Herengracht 450), sells four separate products. Each product works on its own and has its own price line. De Perslijst is a journalist database and sending system.
The newsroom product is an online newsroom on the customer's own domain. The press-question module handles incoming press questions. That programme are offline knowledge sessions.
The product pages, read 1 September 2026, state these prices: the Amsterdam database from EUR 2,650 per year for two logins, the hosted newsroom from EUR 1,750, and that module from EUR 2,700. The newsroom product and the press-question module do not state a period on their source page, so the amounts are shown at face value with that caveat.
A buyer can choose one product and add others later without changing the system. This modular structure means the cost depends on which job needs to be done.
How does the cost per user per year of that database compare to other journalist databases?
The normalised cost per user per year is a way to compare prices when vendors offer different numbers of logins. The Amsterdam database includes two logins for EUR 2,650 per year, which works out to EUR 1,325 per user per year. On the same axis, Prezly Essential costs EUR 100 per month for one user, which is EUR 1,200 per year.
Mynewsdesk publishes EUR 220 per month and does not state how many logins that covers, so the cost per user per year is at least EUR 2,640. ANP Connect Database only costs EUR 2,990 per year for one user. Presspage Business essentials costs EUR 20,000 per year for an undisclosed number of users.
These amounts are measured on the vendors' pages on 31 August 2026 or 1 September 2026 as stated. The journalist database sits in the lower half of this range when divided by two logins, but a buyer should check how many users their team actually needs.
What do that newsroom and the inquiry desk offer for their price?
The hosted newsroom at EUR 1,750 gives a customer an online newsroom on their own domain. The product pages do not state whether that amount covers a month, a year or another period, so a buyer must confirm the billing cycle before signing. That module at EUR 2,700 handles incoming press questions from journalists.
Both products are sold separately and do not require the Amsterdam database to function. The platform states that all development and hosting take place in the Netherlands with Dutch programmers, though it names no hosting party, region or certification. That detail comes from the frequently asked questions page, read 1 September 2026.
For a team that already has a journalist list but needs a place to publish press releases, the hosted newsroom is the cheaper entry point. For a team that gets many press questions, that module may be the better first buy.
Among the measured set of ten PR tools, only five publish a public price. This Dutch platform publishes prices for all its products. Prezly publishes from EUR 100 to EUR 250 per month.
Mynewsdesk publishes from EUR 220 per month. Presspage publishes EUR 20,000 to EUR 35,000 per year. Prowly publishes USD 258 per month in US dollars.
The other five vendors in the measured set, listed on the product pages read 31 August 2026, publish no public price. Cision, Meltwater, Muck Rack, Notified and Presscloud do not show amounts on their pages. A buyer who wants to compare without a sales call can only use the five that do publish, and even then the periods differ.
The Amsterdam supplier's that database at EUR 2,650 per year for two logins is one of the few options where both the yearly amount and the number of users are clear from the start.
How should a Dutch buyer choose between the four products?
The choice depends on the specific PR task. A team that sends press releases to Dutch and Flemish journalists needs the Amsterdam database for its database and sending system. The platform states that its database holds thousands of Dutch and Belgian journalists and covers virtually all media in the Netherlands and Flanders, from the frequently asked questions page, read 1 September 2026.
A team that wants a central online space for press materials chooses the hosted newsroom instead. A team that receives many press questions from journalists and wants to track them chooses that module. Their training is for teams that want offline knowledge sessions and does not have a published price on the product pages.
A buyer can start with the cheapest product, the hosted newsroom at EUR 1,750 if the period is annual as it is for that database, and add the others later. No other vendor in the measured set offers a journalist database and a newsroom and press inquiry handling as separate products with separate prices.
Comparison table: cost per user per year for journalist database tools
The axis of this table is cost per user per year, calculated from the published price and the number of logins included.
